1. Tipster is a digital service
Tipster is a digital service activated immediately on payment: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded and the bot starts operating at the new tier for the entire paid 30-day period.
2. When a refund is available
We will refund the payment in the following cases:
- Technical failure: you paid for a subscription but the tier was not activated and the issue was not resolved within 72 hours of contacting support.
- Double charge: the payment system charged you twice for the same period.
- Withdrawal within 72 hours of payment, provided you have not used paid features (no trackings created above the Free plan limit).
3. When a refund is not available
- More than 72 hours have passed since subscription activation.
- You have used paid-tier features (more trackings than the Free plan allows).
- The service was rendered but did not meet subjective expectations.
- The Wildberries price did not reach your target during the subscription period — this is outside the Service's control.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us via contacts and include:
- your Telegram username or ID;
- payment date, amount, and method;
- reason for the request.
We respond within 3 business days. If approved, funds are returned via the original payment method:
- Card via AmeriaBank vPOS — to the same card, typically within 3–10 business days (timing set by the issuing bank).
- CryptoBot — to your CryptoBot wallet, usually within 1 business day.
5. Cancellation
If a card payment is still authorised but not yet captured (within 72 hours, status "pending"), we can cancel the payment instead of refunding it — funds are typically released back to the card within 1–3 business days.
