1. General

The Tipster service (the "Service") lets users automatically track product prices on the Wildberries marketplace via the Telegram bot @nexus_tipster_bot. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. What the Service does

• Accepts a Wildberries product link or SKU from the user.
• Periodically queries the publicly available product price through the Wildberries API.
• Sends a Telegram notification when the target price is reached.

The Service is not affiliated with Wildberries and operates only on public price data.

3. Subscriptions and payment

A free plan and paid subscriptions are available (Starter $3/mo, Pro $7/mo, Unlimited $15/mo). Plan parameters are shown on the home page and may change — changes do not affect a period that has already been paid for.

Payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) via AmeriaBank vPOS, and cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) via CryptoBot.

The subscription is activated automatically once payment is confirmed and runs for 30 days from that moment.

4. User obligations

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or generate load beyond reasonable use (mass automated queries, etc.).
• Comply with Telegram's terms of service.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of Wildberries data, or that the price will still hold when the user opens the notification.

Prices and product availability are set by Wildberries — the Operator is not liable for their changes or for purchase decisions made by the user based on notifications.

6. Changes

The Operator may change these Terms. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after a change implies acceptance.
