1. Data we collect
When you use the Tipster Telegram bot we store the minimum data we need to run the Service:
- Telegram ID — your numeric Telegram account identifier, used to deliver notifications and link your subscription.
- First name and username — for greetings and admin display.
- Interface language — your RU/EN preference.
- The products you track — SKUs and target prices.
- Payment history — amounts, method (card/crypto), status, timestamps. We do not store card credentials — those are handled directly by the acquirer (AmeriaBank).
- Bot interaction logs — buttons tapped, screens opened — for diagnostics and UX improvements.
2. What we do NOT collect
- Passwords, card credentials, banking secrets.
- Access to your Wildberries account — the Service works only with public prices.
- Contact details outside Telegram (phone, email) — except when you've explicitly provided them (e.g. partner applications).
3. How we use the data
- Send price and system notifications via Telegram.
- Manage active subscriptions and slot counts.
- Diagnostics and Service improvements.
- Meet obligations to payment providers (AmeriaBank, CryptoBot).
We do not sell data to third parties or use it for advertising.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only in the following cases:
- Telegram — all bot messaging goes through Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC).
- AmeriaBank vPOS — when paying by card, credentials are processed by the bank; we receive only the operation status and the card mask.
- CryptoBot — when paying with crypto, amount, currency and invoice id are passed.
- When required by law — to authorised bodies in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Retention
Data is retained while you use the Service. Once your account is deleted (see below) personal data is removed, except for payment records that may be retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account by 1) contacting support via contacts, or 2) using the in-bot settings option, if available.
7. Security
Data is stored on servers with restricted access. All payments go over TLS-encrypted channels. We do not store and have no access to card credentials.
